This aqueduct located in the district of Jhansi in Uttar Pradesh was a key structure on the Datia Carrier Canal of the Rajghat Project, leading water to the Datia district of Madhya Pradesh.

Based on the alternative design, the structure has two spans of 26.7 meters and one span of 27.1 metres. The length of the duct is 80.5 meters. It has two pre-stressed concrete ducts of size 3.40 m x 4.35 m, designed to carry a discharge of 840 cumecs. The PCC piers are resting on granite rock.

P.T.F.E. sliding, rocker bearing in three rows, of size 450*400*52 mm have been placed over RCC pier cap. The pre-stressed box deck has been cast in M35 concrete. R.C.C. gap structures, 1.3 metres long with expansion and construction joints have been provided over the two piers along with an RCC box and joints at abutment and transaction.

The superstructures have been pre-stressed with 18 pre-stressing cables of 13 mm nominal diameter strand, each cable having 12 strands. The nominal area of each strand is 100mm. The cables were stressed from both ends simultaneously and were grouted immediately after successful stressing.
