MAHI BAJAJ SAGAR PROJECT

Work consists of:

• Providing a deep grout curtain of 44 m depth through a drainage gallery and drilling drainage holes with a diameter of 75 mm up to 40m across the depth of block No. 1 to 23.
• Providing deep grout curtain of 20 m depth in the C.O.T. through 28m of overburden in the left earthen dam.
• Consolidation grouting of the intake structure of the powerhouse. Anchoring at the powerhouse of the project.
• Curtain grouting through C.O.T. of Kagdi pick-up weir.
• Flank grouting of intake structure involving total Depth of drilling and grouting to 70 m depth.
• Consolidation and curtain grouting through the drainage gallery of the intake structure of powerhouse No.1.
• Stabilization of the slide slops in powerhouse No.1 in an 80 m deep pit, by rock bolting, anchor stressing, guniting and shotcreting.
• Guniting of powerhouse No.1.
